Poster Unveiled for International Yoga Day Event
Udaipur: A poster for a special yoga session being organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day was unveiled by Udaipur Superintendent of Police Dr. Amrita Duhan and Dr. Guneet Monga Bhargav.
The yoga session will be held on June 20 from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. at Vidyam Garden, Bhuvana, Udaipur.
The objective of the event is to promote health, positive energy, and a balanced lifestyle through the practice of yoga. International Yoga Day is observed annually to raise awareness about the numerous physical, mental, and emotional benefits of yoga.
Various yoga and awareness programs are being organized as part of the International Yoga Day celebrations, encouraging people from all walks of life to embrace yoga for a healthier and more harmonious life.
