JET/Pre-PG and Ph.D. Entrance Exam to be held on June 27
Udaipur — The state-level JET/Pre-PG and Ph.D. entrance examination for admission into undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral (Ph.D.) programs in agricultural colleges, horticulture and forestry colleges, fisheries colleges, home science colleges, and dairy and food technology colleges will be conducted on June 27, 2026 (Saturday). The examination is being organized by Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agricultural University, Bikaner, for admissions to the academic session 2026–27.
City coordinator and Dean of Rajasthan College of Agriculture, Udaipur, Dr. Manoj Kumar Mahla, informed that 16 examination centres have been set up in Udaipur city. A total of 6,528 candidates will appear for the JET (undergraduate) entrance examination, which will be held from 11:00 AM to 1:10 PM. University representatives and inspectors have been appointed to ensure smooth conduct at all centres.
Vice-Chancellor of Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur, Prof. Pratap Singh, stated that special arrangements, including general and special flying squads, have been formed to ensure fairness and transparency and to prevent any kind of malpractice during the examination. Videography will also be conducted at all centres to ensure a fully transparent and reliable examination process.
