Udaipur: More than 100 teachers came together to enhance their professional and personal skills as the three-day "Adhyapak Abhinav Karyakram – Manthan 2026" commenced with great enthusiasm at The Scholars Arena Senior Secondary School & B.Ed. College, R.K. Puram. The workshop is being jointly organized by Rotary Club Drishti and NICC Educational Society.
The inaugural session focused on personality development, positive thinking, effective communication, and self-growth, equipping educators with practical tools to create a more inspiring learning environment.
The chief guest, Dr. Sweety Chhabra, Director of NICC Educational Society, Past President of Rotary Club Drishti, and Mental Health & Healing Coach, emphasized the importance of health, fitness, and maintaining a positive mindset. Explaining the concepts of Kundalini and chakra awakening in a simple manner, she encouraged teachers to adopt positive language in their daily lives.
She noted that replacing negative statements such as "I don't remember things" with affirmations like "I remember everything" helps build confidence and creates a positive energy that supports personal and professional success.
The workshop witnessed active participation from over 100 teachers, many of whom experienced valuable insights into life values and the transformative power of positive thinking.
Delivering the keynote address on the first day, Dr. Lokesh Jain, Principal of the institution, spoke on "How to Make Communication More Effective." He highlighted the significance of goodwill, empathy, positive expression, and meaningful communication in shaping a teacher's personality. He explained that polite and encouraging language not only simplifies interactions but also fosters a motivating and supportive classroom atmosphere.
The event was attended by Dr. Sharmila Jain (Director), Vidushi Jain (Secretary), Dr. Maya Trivedi (Chief Academic Director), Santosh Chundawat (Chief Academic Director, Swami Nagar Branch), Priyanka Chitoda (Academic Director), Pankaj Mishra (Academic Coordinator), Sheetal Kothari, and several other dignitaries.
The programme was jointly conducted by Sheetal Kothari and Bonny Delemos, while Vidushi Jain concluded the inaugural session by expressing gratitude to the guests and participants.
