At the State-level 'Bhamashah Samman Ceremony-2026' organized by the Rajasthan Government's Education Department at Jaipur's Birla Auditorium on Monday, Rajasthan Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Prem Chand Bairwa and Education Minister Madan Dilawar honored CA Dr. Ramavatar Kila—Chairman of the Rajasthan Foundation (Delhi Chapter) and the Perfect Group—with the 'Vishisht Bhamashah Samman 2026' (Distinguished Philanthropist Award) for his outstanding social and educational contributions.
This year, only 23 distinguished individuals across the state received this special honor, a list that included Dr. Ramavatar Kila. The ceremony also recognized other donors and motivators who have made significant contributions to the fields of education and social service.
This honor was conferred upon Dr. Ramavatar Kila in recognition of his continuous contributions toward the development of Rajasthan and the education sector, his efforts to engage the Rajasthani diaspora in social service, and his support for needy students as well as patients and their families visiting the National Capital Region (NCR) of Delhi for medical treatment—including the provision of medicines, food, and accommodation.
Dr. Kila regards social service as his life's mission. For the past three decades, he has been actively associated with hostel services run under 'M.Y.M.' for students arriving in Delhi from Rajasthan, providing them with accommodation, meals, and guidance. This initiative serves as a vital service aimed at offering better education and a safe
environment to students from Rajasthan.Additionally, for the last two decades, he has been actively involved in arranging food and accommodation for patients and their families visiting major Delhi hospitals from Rajasthan for treatment, as well as providing free medicines to needy patients. He is [associated with] B.D.S.N. Since 2017, he has also been associated with a free food service outside major hospitals in Delhi through 'Akshay Seva,' providing meals to over 2,000 people daily.
Upon receiving this honor, Dr. Ramavatar Kila expressed his gratitude to the Government of Rajasthan, the Department of Education, the distinguished guests, and all his well-wishers. He stated that this recognition is a source of immense pride and inspiration for him, and affirmed that his dedication to social service, education, and assisting the needy would continue steadfastly.This honor is not only a recognition of his contributions but also a moment of pride for all expatriate Rajasthanis, social workers, and those working in the fields of education and service.
