Warmth and Trust Mark the Opening Day of 'Apno Se Apni Baat' Dialogue Series

Experiences of Persons with Disabilities to Further Strengthen Service Delivery

Udaipur: The first day of the four-day interactive dialogue series, "Apno Se Apni Baat" (Heart-to-Heart with Our Own), commenced on Saturday at Narayan Seva Sansthan's Seva Mahatirth campus in Badi, Udaipur. Persons with disabilities and their family members from various states across India shared their personal journeys of struggle, treatment, rehabilitation, and renewed hope. Many participants became emotional while recounting their experiences, moving the audience as well.

The initiative aims to establish direct communication with beneficiaries and their families to understand their experiences, suggestions, and aspirations. The feedback gathered through these interactions will help the institution further enhance its services, making them more effective, compassionate, and beneficiary-centric.

Speaking on the occasion, Narayan Seva Sansthan President Prashant Agrawal said that the true essence of service is realized only when the voices of beneficiaries are heard. "Their experiences serve as our guiding force, and such meaningful dialogues provide fresh direction and renewed energy to our service initiatives," he said. He further added that every story shared during the event is not merely an individual's experience but a powerful message of hope, self-confidence, and humanity for society.

During the programme, beneficiaries and their family members shared how the institution's medical treatment, corrective surgeries, artificial limb support, rehabilitation services, and skill development initiatives transformed their lives and enabled them to become self-reliant. Inspirational addresses, interactive sessions, and cultural performances added emotional depth and motivation to the event.

The dialogue series will continue until July 7, with sessions held daily from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The programme is being broadcast live across the country through the Aastha Channel.
