###Heavy Rain, Landslide Force Diversion of Several Trains

JAIPUR, India Heavy rainfall and a landslide have disrupted rail traffic in Maharashtra, prompting Indian Railways to divert several long-distance trains operated by the North Western Railway.

According to Amit Sudarshan, Chief Public Relations Officer of North Western Railway, train operations were affected due to severe waterlogging in the Mumbai Central Division of Western Railway and a landslide in the South-East Ghat section of the Mumbai Division of Central Railway.

As a result, the following trains have been diverted:

Train No. 20495, Jodhpur–Hadapsar Express, which departed Jodhpur on July 6, will operate via Surat, Paldhi, Jalgaon, Manmad and Daund Card Cabin.

Train No. 19667, Udaipur City–Mysuru Express, which departed Udaipur City on July 6, will run via Surat, Paldhi, Jalgaon, Manmad, Daund Card Cabin and Pune.

Train No. 06282, Madar Junction–Mysuru Special, which departed Madar on July 6, has also been diverted via Surat, Paldhi, Jalgaon, Manmad, Daund Card Cabin and Pune.

Train No. 22497, Sri Ganganagar–Tiruchirappalli Express, which departed Sri Ganganagar on July 6, will complete its journey via Surat, Paldhi, Jalgaon, Manmad, Daund Card Cabin and Pune.

Train No. 14805, Yesvantpur–Barmer Express, which departed Yesvantpur on July 6, will operate on the diverted route via Daund, Manmad, Jalgaon, Paldhi and Surat.

Railway officials said the diversions were implemented to ensure passenger safety while restoration work continues on the affected sections. Passengers have been advised to check the latest train status before traveling.
