District Collector Inspects Rural Service Camp at Bakhtawarpura

Sri Ganganagar: District Collector Dr. Amit Yadav said that the Rural Service Camps 2026 have been organized by the State Government with the objective of resolving public grievances at the grassroots level. He directed officials to make every possible effort to address both individual and community-related issues on the spot during the camps, ensuring prompt relief to the people.

The District Collector was addressing officials while inspecting the Rural Service Camp organized at Gram Panchayat Bakhtawarpura under Suratgarh Panchayat Samiti on Tuesday. He reviewed the cases received at the camp and the relief provided to the beneficiaries. Dr. Yadav also personally interacted with villagers, listened to their grievances, and instructed the concerned officials to ensure their timely resolution.

During the inspection, he emphasized that the Rural Service Camps should serve as an effective platform for extending the benefits of various government welfare schemes to eligible citizens. He instructed all departments to resolve public grievances on the spot in accordance with the State Government's vision. Reviewing revenue-related matters, including consent deeds, mutation, partition, and other land revenue cases, he directed officials to dispose of them expeditiously as per the prescribed rules. The Panchayati Raj Department also distributed 12 land ownership pattas to eligible beneficiaries during the camp.

The District Collector further inspected the Sub Health Centre at Bakhtawarpura and directed officials to remove encroachments from the premises and ensure the availability of essential facilities. Officials from various departments remained present at the camp, heard the grievances of villagers, and facilitated eligible beneficiaries with the benefits of different public welfare schemes.

Additional District Magistrate (Suratgarh) Bhawani Singh Panwar, Sub-Divisional Magistrate Bharat Jaiprakash Meena, Development Officer Major Ali, and other officials were also present during the inspection.

After visiting Bakhtawarpura, the District Collector inspected another Rural Service Camp at Village 17 GB in the Vijaynagar Tehsil area. He reviewed the grievances received, assessed the relief being provided to the public, personally heard the concerns of residents, and directed the concerned officials to ensure appropriate and timely resolution of their issues.
