Jaipur. Rajasthan Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani stated that Bharat Vikas Parishad represents an unbroken journey of service, values (*sanskar*), and nation-building. Through service, values, and social harmony, the Parishad has played a distinctive role in building the nation.

Assembly Speaker Vasudev Devnani was addressing the Foundation Day ceremony of Bharat Vikas Parishad on Friday evening at Adarsh Vidya Mandir in Raja Park, Jaipur. He inaugurated the event by lighting the ceremonial lamp. A play titled 'Main Veer Savarkar' (I am Veer Savarkar) was also staged during the ceremony. Extending his best wishes to all office-bearers, volunteers, and well-wishers of the Parishad on its 64th Foundation Day, he remarked that this organization is not merely a medium for service but a significant campaign for shaping the character of the India of the future.

Speaker Devnani noted that the recent news of a daughter murdering her mother for money has shaken society. This is a matter of grave concern for Indian society; such incidents have no place in Indian culture. He emphasized that amidst changing circumstances, it has become essential to foster an environment of traditional values within society and the nation. Today, there is a need for families to sit together and share at least one meal daily and engage in conversation. Studying the Ramayana in every household is also a necessity of the times. Devnani stated that a clash between *Sanatan* culture and foreign culture lies ahead; therefore, we must cultivate an atmosphere of Indian *Sanatan* values within our families.

Devnani remarked that the 'Viksit Bharat 2047' (Developed India 2047) goal set by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi is not merely a pledge for economic progress; it is a national campaign to build an India whose strength lies in value-driven youth, an educated society, empowered women, aware citizens, and organizations dedicated to the spirit of service. Organizations like Bharat Vikas Parishad are vital partners in this resolve. He added that India will truly become developed only when the person at the very last rung of society experiences well-being and happiness. We all need to accelerate the pace of our work.

Office bearers and activists from the Jaipur North-East region of Bharat Vikas Parishad—including Vikrant Khandelwal, Dr. Shyam Sundar Agarwal, Rajiv Sharan Saxena, Neel Madhav, Vijay Pareek, and Ranveer Singh Tyagi—along with a large number of distinguished guests, attended the event. The program also highlighted the organization's service activities, social initiatives, and efforts towards nation-building.
