Rotaract Club of Aishwarya Promotes Maternal and Child Health Awareness Through Poster-Making Competition

Udaipur: Marking World Population Day, the Rotaract Club of Aishwarya organized a poster-making competition to raise awareness about population issues and promote Rotary's focus on Maternal and Child Health Month. The competition was themed "Maternal and Child Care," encouraging students to creatively express important social messages through art.

Participants designed informative and thought-provoking posters highlighting issues such as maternal health, child care, family planning, and population balance. Through their artwork, the students conveyed the message that healthy mothers, safe childhoods, and accessible healthcare services form the foundation of strong families and a prosperous society.

Club President Rtr. Harsha Marwal said that creating awareness and fostering social responsibility among young people is essential for bringing about positive change. She noted that creative initiatives like poster-making competitions help students better understand social issues while encouraging them to develop a responsible and solution-oriented outlook.

Club Secretary Rtr. Nitisha Mahawar emphasized that maternal and child health is closely linked to the overall well-being and development of families and communities. She said that public awareness is the first step toward meaningful social change, and programmes such as these play an important role in educating people about the significance of healthcare and family planning.

Other members of the club also actively participated in the event, appreciating the creativity and efforts of the participants and encouraging them to continue contributing to social causes through innovative and meaningful initiatives.
