Udaipur, Geetanjali Hospital strengthened its commitment to women's empowerment and community engagement by joining as the title supporter of the Perahan Lifestyle Exhibition 2026, a three-day event at Ashoka Green, Shobhagpura.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Maharani Sa Nivriti Kumari Mewar, a member of the former Mewar royal family. Representing Geetanjali Medical College & Hospital, senior obstetrician and gynecologist Dr. Anjana Verma attended the opening ceremony as the Guest of Honour.
Dr. Verma congratulated the organizers and urged women to prioritize their health through regular medical check-ups, timely treatment and healthy lifestyle choices. She also highlighted the advantages of advanced laparoscopic surgery, emphasizing that Geetanjali Hospital remains committed to delivering quality healthcare while actively supporting social initiatives, women's empowerment and public awareness programs.
Event organizer and She Circle India founder Tarika Ji said Geetanjali Hospital's support as the title sponsor played a key role in making this year's exhibition more vibrant and well-organized. She appreciated the hospital's continued contribution to community-focused initiatives.
The exhibition showcases designer apparel, fashion accessories, silver jewellery, home décor, handloom products, handicrafts and lifestyle collections from exhibitors representing Ahmedabad, Jaipur, Kota, Bhilwara, Agra and other cities. Visitors thronged the venue on the opening day to explore the latest collections and take advantage of exclusive shopping offers.
Organizers announced attractive gifts for purchases worth ₹1,000 or more, while shoppers spending ₹5,000 and ₹10,000 are eligible for premium gifts and lucky draw prizes. A Mega Tambola scheduled for 2 p.m. on July 18 is among the event's key attractions.
The event was attended by Kalpesh Chand Rajbar, Head of Marketing at Geetanjali Hospital, Dr. Sonu Jain, Rukhsana Sabunwala, Lafiya, Sweety Chhabra, along with leading citizens, women entrepreneurs and social workers.
