Service, Greenery, and Fellowship Come Together: Rotary Club Udaipur Pannadhay Organizes Tree Plantation Drive
Udaipur: Amid the lush greenery of the monsoon season, Rotary Club Udaipur Pannadhay organized a vibrant monsoon picnic and tree plantation drive at the private farmhouse of one of its members. The event reflected the club's commitment to community service, environmental conservation, and strengthening fellowship among its members.
The program commenced with a tree plantation activity, during which all club members planted saplings and pledged to nurture them until they grow into healthy trees. Speaking on the occasion, members emphasized that in the face of growing environmental challenges, every individual has a responsibility to plant more trees and ensure their proper care. They noted that tree plantation is not merely a campaign but a commitment toward safeguarding the future for coming generations.
Following the plantation drive, members enjoyed a monsoon picnic featuring fun games, delicious food, and informal interactions. The event created a warm and family-like atmosphere, further strengthening friendship, unity, and the spirit of the Rotary family.
Club President Rtn. CA Rajendra Agrawal said that Rotary's mission extends beyond community service to promoting sustainable environmental initiatives. Quoting the message, "Where there is greenery, there is prosperity," he reaffirmed the club's commitment to organizing more environmental conservation and community welfare activities in the future.

The program concluded with the message, "One Tree Today, A Safer Tomorrow," encouraging citizens to actively participate in tree plantation efforts and contribute to environmental conservation.
