Sindoor Dance and ‘Operation Sindoor’ performance stirred national pride

#### Patriotism Marks Agr Sangam 2025 in Udaipur

Udaipur, The grand celebration of Agr Sangam-2025 organized by the youth wing of the Udaipur District Agrawal Conference concluded at Sukhadia Rangmanch with an overwhelming spirit of patriotism. The packed auditorium resonated time and again with chants of Bharat Mata Ki Jai and Vande Mataram, as cultural presentations inspired the gathering.

The highlight of the event was the devotional Sindoor Dance by women of the Fathenagar Agrawal community and the emotional dramatization of Operation Sindoor, depicting India’s response to a terror attack in Kashmir. The performance left many in tears and infused the audience with national fervor.

Adding to the celebration, Indian Idol fame Picosa mesmerized the crowd with his live performance, while Rajasthani folk dances, Garba, and presentations on the valour of Hadi Rani and Rani Padmini added cultural depth. Memory King Navin Agrawal also inspired youth with his motivational presentation.

The event witnessed the presence of leading industrialists, dignitaries, and community leaders. District & Sessions Judge Gyan Prasad Gupta, MLA Tarachand Jain, and several prominent figures including Mahendra Agrawal (GR Group), J.P. Agrawal (Geetanjali Medical College), Rahul Agrawal (Pacific College), and Prashant Agrawal graced the occasion. They were specially felicitated by the Western Rajasthan Agrawal Conference President K.K. Gupta, Senior Vice President Prakash Agrawal, and Society President Madan Agrawal.

During his address, K.K. Gupta emphasized the need for unity, stating that though the Agrawal community is economically strong, lack of organization has weakened its position. He urged society members to take a collective pledge to safeguard their rights.

Another significant voice came from industrialist Mahendra Agrawal, who raised concern over the limited political representation of the Agrawal community, despite being among the highest taxpayers in India. MLA Tarachand Jain echoed this sentiment, highlighting that Vaishya society’s participation in politics has sharply declined, calling for serious introspection.

The event also became a moment of pride when Atmika Gupta was felicitated with the Rajasthan Agrawal Gaurav Ratna award for being commissioned as a Lieutenant in the Indian Army. Vikram Agrawal, President of the youth wing, was also honored for his social contributions.

Behind the scenes, the young organizing team worked tirelessly for days to make Agr Sangam-2025 a memorable success. Their efforts culminated in a celebration that not only united thousands of Agrawals but also reignited the spirit of patriotism and social solidarity.
