Leading Healthcare Institutions Unite for Four-Day Orientation on Ethical Medical Practices"

In a collaborative effort aimed at fostering ethical standards within the healthcare sector, Pacific Medical University (PMU), Pacific University, the University Association of Indian Universities, and Government Aryurveda Institute are set to host a comprehensive four-day orientation program. With more than 150 representatives slated to participate, the event will focus on the theme of "Cultured Healthcare Services and Medical Ethics."

Commencing from April 22 and spanning through April 25, the orientation program will kick off with a distinguished lineup of speakers. Notable figures including PMU's Chairperson, Rahul Agrawal, CEO Sharad Kothari, and former Chancellor of Gautam Buddha University Greater Noida, Dr. Bhagwati Prakash Sharma, will grace the inaugural ceremony alongside other esteemed guests.

Dr. M.M. Mangal, serving as the program's convener, outlined the diverse range of topics to be covered throughout the event. From discussions on modern medicine's alignment with ancient values to the intricacies of holistic healthcare services, each day will feature insightful presentations by industry experts.

On April 22, attendees can anticipate a discourse led by Dr. Purnendu Saxena on "Modern Medicine and Ancient Values." Subsequent sessions on April 23 will delve into the fundamentals of holistic healthcare, preventive health measures, and ethical considerations for medical professionals.

As the program progresses into April 24, the focus will shift towards specialized areas including ethics for paramedical personnel, medical investigations, surgical practices, and the role of spirituality in healthcare services.

The culmination of the orientation program on April 25 will see Dr. Pushpakant Shakdwipi addressing the importance of human resource management and emotional intelligence in healthcare management. Additionally, distinguished guest speaker Dr. Jayanti Bhai Bhadesia will deliver a keynote address on "Ancient Healthcare Systems," offering valuable insights into historical approaches to wellness.

With an emphasis on fostering a culture of integrity and ethical conduct within the medical community, this four-day orientation program stands as a testament to the collective commitment towards advancing healthcare practices in the region.
