GMCH :Record-breaking Participation in World Health Day Quiz 2024

In an exemplary display of enthusiasm and knowledge, the IAPSM World Health Day Quiz 2024 witnessed unprecedented attendance from students across the country. Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital (GMCH), Udaipur emerged as the frontrunner with the highest participation of 700 students nationwide, showcasing the institution's commitment to academic excellence and engagement.


Alone from Rajasthan, with a total of 1730 students, the state demonstrated its enthusiastic dedication to promoting health awareness and education among its youth. These impactful figures made a significant contribution to the overall participation of 26,737 students from 393 medical colleges across the country, marking a historic milestone for this event.

Under the skilled leadership of Dean Dr. Sangita Gupta and Department Head of Community Medicine, Dr. Mukul Dixit, GMCH Udaipur organized the quiz seamlessly, setting a standard for others to follow.

National Coordinator for the quiz, Dr. Medha Mathur, and Nodal Officer, Dr. Anjana Varma, led the nationwide initiative with the theme of World Health Day 2024, "My Health, My Right." The final round will be held on April 8, 2021.
