##### Hindustan Zinc’s ‘Zinc Ri Dhani’ Becomes the Cultural Highlight of Pushkar Fair 2025

Pushkar,  Hindustan Zinc Limited showcased the true spirit of Rajasthan at the Pushkar Fair 2025 through its exclusive cultural zone, ‘Zinc Ri Dhani’, which has emerged as one of the most visited attractions at the fair. The zone, inaugurated on November 2 at Shilpgram, presents a vibrant celebration of Rajasthan’s culture, art, and traditions.

The inaugural ceremony was attended by MLA Pushkar Suresh Singh Rawat, District Collector Lokbandhu, Additional District Collector Jyoti Kakvani, and Nirmalendu Kumar, SBU Director, Kayad Mines. Hindustan Zinc expressed pride in partnering with the Government of Rajasthan for Pushkar Mahotsav 2025, enhancing the Shilpgram exhibition with beautifully decorated stalls showcasing the talent of local artisans.

Visitors to ‘Zinc Ri Dhani’ are enjoying a rich blend of local art, food, and entertainment. From mehendi and face painting to bioscope shows, puppet performances, and a serene meditation corner, the zone offers an immersive cultural experience. Hindustan Zinc’s flagship CSR initiatives, Sakhi and Micro-Enterprise, are also being showcased, providing women-led self-help groups a platform to display and sell their products.

Under the Sakhi programme, brands such as Upaya (premium apparel) and Daichi (gourmet food products) have drawn strong attention for promoting women’s entrepreneurship and bringing rural artistry to mainstream markets. The initiative has empowered more than 25,455 rural women through 2,167 self-help groups across Rajasthan and Uttarakhand, establishing 14 production units and 208 retail stores, thus strengthening rural livelihoods.

Adding more color to the festivities, a Cultural and Bollywood Night was organized in collaboration with Hindustan Zinc. Renowned singers Roop Kumar Rathod and Sonali Rathod enthralled the audience with their soulful performances, while a street play by Uthori Manch conveyed a strong message on women’s awareness and empowerment. The evening witnessed enthusiastic participation from the public and dignitaries alike, including SBU Director Nirmalendu Kumar.
