Dr. Girish Mathur and Dr. Parik Honored with Lifetime Achievement Award

The prestigious national organization Innovative Physicians Forum organized its national convention on July 5–6 in Delhi. During the inaugural session of the convention, the Speaker of the Lok Sabha, Om Birla, honored senior physicians from Kota — Dr. Girish Mathur and Dr. K.K. Parik — with the Lifetime Achievement Award in recognition of their remarkable contributions to medical science and their outstanding academic achievements.

This distinguished award was conferred on only five doctors from across the country.

Congratulating both the doctors from Kota, Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla remarked that this recognition was a matter of pride for the city of Kota.

Both Dr. K.K. Parik and Dr. Girish Mathur have previously served as National Presidents of the Association of Physicians of India, a leading national medical body.

The convention featured intensive academic sessions covering various critical and emerging topics in medical science. Additionally, the Convocation of the Royal College of Physicians of Edinburgh, England was also held during the event, where fellowships were awarded to selected physicians.
