The hall has been designed to serve multiple purposes, including use as a prayer hall, space for extracurricular activities, cultural events, and various developmental programs. This significant addition to the school’s infrastructure will directly benefit more than 100 students and community members. Importantly, the initiative aims to provide enhanced educational and developmental opportunities to the rural area of Dedro Ki Dhani. In recognition of this contribution, a Bhamashah Certificate was presented as a token of appreciation.
On this occasion, students presented various cultural programs, while villagers and local representatives praised the efforts of Zinc Smelter Debari for their continuous contribution to community development. They expressed that the multipurpose hall would ensure greater convenience and continuity in educational activities at the school.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Mukesh Kumar, Senior Management Operations Head, Zinc Smelter Debari, along with Chetan Prakash Jain, Principal of Dedro Ki Dhani, Sanjay Sen, Gram Vikas Adhikari, members of the School Management Committee, the CSR team, and several community members.
Earlier, Hindustan Zinc had developed a community hall in Kaliwas, benefitting more than 1,000 members of the local community.
