Preparations for upcoming National Lok Adalat underway, says ADJ Sharma

Udaipur. Under the supervision of the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority in Jaipur, a National Lok Adalat is scheduled to be organized. In this regard, ADJ Kuldeep Sharma, Secretary of the Authority, chaired a meeting of the Bar Association of Kotda, Kota. Sharma urged the lawyers to bring forward more and more cases suitable for resignation and to publicize it extensively.

During the occasion, Judicial Magistrate Manoj Singariya of Kotda urged lawyers to place more and more cases suitable for resignation in the upcoming National Lok Adalat and to facilitate settlement by counseling the litigants.

Inspection of the sub-jail in Kotda was also conducted by ADJ Sharma during this time. Seventy-seven under-trial prisoners were found detained here. During the inspection, ADJ Sharma gathered information about the free legal assistance, medical facilities, meals, STD, meetings, electricity supply, water cooler, and provision of fans for the prisoners.
