500+ candidates interviewed as 35 leading hotels and resorts offer career opportunities at Rajasthan Hotelier Club & RRCS Hospitality Job Fair 2026

Udaipur: A major employment opportunity unfolded for young people aspiring to build careers in the tourism and hospitality sector as the Rajasthan Hotelier Club & RRCS Hospitality Job Fair 2026 was held at Mohanlal Sukhadia University (MLSU) on Tuesday.

The job fair witnessed an overwhelming response, with more than 500 candidates turning up against the initial expectation of around 300. Of these, 250 candidates were selected for employment, making the event a significant recruitment platform for hospitality talent in the region.

More than 35 reputed hotels and resorts participated in the fair and conducted interviews on the spot. A large number of candidates were shortlisted for various positions. The event attracted not only freshers but also young professionals already working in the hotel industry who were seeking better career opportunities and professional growth.

Participating establishments included HRH Group, Wyndham Grand Udaipur, Ramee Royal Resort, Ananta Hotel & Resort, Hollymont Resort and Ramya Resort & Spa, along with several prominent three- and four-star hotels and resorts in Udaipur.

Tourism and Employment to Gain New Momentum

The event was graced by Her Highness Maharani Sahib Nivritti Kumari Ji of Mewar as the Chief Guest. Blessing the participating youth, she said that initiatives of this nature would strengthen Udaipur's tourism industry while opening new avenues of employment for local youngsters.

Several prominent personalities attended the event, including Kuldeep Singh Chandela, former President of the Federation of Hospitality and Tourism; Vishal Kapoor, Vice President of Wyndham Grand Udaipur; Prof. Kailash Daga, Vice Chancellor of MLSU; Dr. Anand Gupta, President of IMA; Prof. Meera Mathur, Coordinator, Training & Placement Centre; Dr. Sachin Gupta, Co-Coordinator, MLSU; Chef Vimal Dhar, Founder President of RRCS; and Rajesh Mehta, owner of Palm Valley.

The dignitaries encouraged the participating youth and highlighted the wide range of career opportunities available in the hospitality sector. They also emphasised the need to further strengthen Udaipur's position as one of India's leading tourism destinations. The programme was conducted by Dr. Sachin Gupta.
