Udaipur: The three-day Vibrant Warrior Retreat 2026, organised under the leadership of Dr Vinita Baghela, founder and director of Vibrant Physiotherapy Fitness and Diet Clinic, Udaipur, concluded successfully at Truly by Shakti Vilas, Udaipur.
Held on the theme “Udaan — Hum Milkar Phir Se Ek Udaan Bharenge” (Taking Flight Again, Together), the retreat brought together more than 100 participants from different parts of India and abroad.
Over three days, participants took part in activities aimed at promoting not just physical fitness, but also mental, emotional, social and spiritual well-being. The first day focused on self-reflection and health awareness, while the second featured practical techniques for maintaining physical well-being, activities aimed at relieving emotional stress and inspiring personal journeys.
Stories of struggle and transformation shared by six participants emerged as a major highlight of the retreat, inspiring others with their experiences. A special felicitation ceremony was followed by a devotional evening that created an emotional and uplifting atmosphere.
On the final day, the participants travelled to Nathdwara and offered prayers at the Shrinathji Temple. For those who had travelled from different parts of the country and overseas, the spiritual journey proved to be an emotional, inspiring and memorable experience.
Dr Vinita Baghela said the retreat was not merely an opportunity to take a break, but a journey of rediscovering oneself, gaining renewed energy and reconnecting with life.
“Life does not stop at 45 or 50. With a positive outlook and the right direction, it is always possible to take a new flight,” she said.
The Vibrant Warrior Retreat 2026 reinforced the message that health is not merely about freedom from illness or pain, but about living an active, independent, happy and fulfilling life.
The central message of the retreat was: “Udaan — Hum Milkar Phir Se Ek Udaan Bharenge.”
