Udaipur : “There are no miracles in the world. What people often perceive as miracles are actually the result of intelligence, skill and cleverness,” said Acharya Yogesh Bhardwaj, Chancellor of Panini Arsh Vidyakulam, Badhedi, Muzaffarnagar.

He was addressing the fifth day of the Veda Prachar Samaroh organised by Arya Samaj Hiran Magri. Acharya Bhardwaj said society and the nation can progress only when people apply intelligence and make sincere efforts towards development.

Presiding over the programme, Prof. Dr. Parmendra Kumar Dashora, Vice Chancellor of Mangalayatan University, Aligarh, said a scientific outlook can guide society in the right direction. He said authentic knowledge and the right direction ultimately lead towards the truth found in the Vedas. He also highlighted the relevance of Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati’s Satyarth Prakash, describing it as a work dedicated to the pursuit of truth.

Chief guest Mahipal Rathore, District Literacy Officer, Udaipur, also addressed the gathering and shared his views.

Bhajan preacher Indradev Piyush presented devotional compositions, creating a spiritual atmosphere among the attendees. A yajna was performed with the chanting of Vedic mantras under the guidance of priest Indra Prakash Vaidik.

Arya Samaj Hiran Magri president Sanjay Shandilya welcomed the gathering, while Minister Ved Mitra Arya proposed the vote of thanks. The programme was conducted by Bhupendra Sharma.

The six-day Veda Prachar Samaroh will conclude on Friday with the Shravani Upakarma festival. The concluding programme will be held from 7:30 am to 11 am. The ceremony will begin with a yajna in the yajna shala, accompanied by Vedic mantras, followed by the traditional wearing and replacement of the sacred thread (Yajnopavita).
