Udaipur: A free placement-linked skill development programme is being launched with the support of TeamLease Digital and Bajaj Finserv, aimed at equipping young people with practical, job-oriented skills and preparing them to meet evolving industry requirements. Arham Academy, Udaipur, is the training partner for the programme.

The programme will provide industry-oriented training in specialised sectors such as housing finance and general insurance. Rather than focusing solely on theoretical knowledge, the initiative will help participants develop practical understanding, workplace skills and competencies required to build careers in the sector.

Participants will receive industry-based training, expert guidance and assistance with placement opportunities in leading companies. Those who successfully complete the training will also be awarded a training certificate.

Young people aged 21 to 30 years are eligible to apply. Students currently pursuing their final year of graduation can also participate. As the number of seats is limited, eligible candidates have been encouraged to register at the earliest.

Representatives of Arham Academy, Udaipur, said that in today’s competitive employment market, a degree alone is not enough. Practical skills aligned with industry requirements are equally important for building a successful career. The programme aims to provide young people with an opportunity to “Learn, Develop Skills and Get Employed.”

Arham Academy, Udaipur, is also providing training to youth and students in a range of employment-oriented and practical courses, including Basic Computer Skills, Tally, Digital Marketing, Artificial Intelligence and Graphic Designing. Following completion of training, students are also provided guidance and support to help them explore employment and placement opportunities.
