Udaipur: Devendra Singh Chundawat, physical education teacher and karate coach at Anand Vidya Bharti Public Senior Secondary School, has earned a place in the Guinness World Records by participating in a historic karate event held in Chennai. His achievement has brought pride and excitement to Udaipur’s sporting community.
The event, organised by the World Karate Masters Association, brought together more than 800 karate masters from across the country, setting a new record through their participation. Official Guinness World Records certificates were presented to 450 selected karate masters, including Udaipur’s Devendra Singh Chundawat.
A long-time practitioner and coach in karate and martial arts, Chundawat was congratulated by Sanju Singh, General Secretary of Karate Udaipur. Singh said the achievement reflects Chundawat’s hard work, dedication and commitment and will inspire young athletes in Udaipur to pursue their sporting ambitions.
The school management, fellow teachers and players also congratulated Chundawat and wished him continued success in the future.
