District Collector inspects Bhinder and Kanod CHCs,

Udaipur, District Collector Arvind Poswal conducted a meticulous inspection of the community health centers (CHCs) in Bhinder and Kanod on Monday. He also inspected the filtration plant of the water department in Kanod.

During his visit to Kanod CHC, Collector Poswal interacted with admitted patients in the wards to inquire about the treatments they are receiving and the benefits available to them under government schemes. He assured the resolution of issues such as the long-standing problems of shortages of oxygen plants, blood banks, X-ray machines, and shortages of doctors in CHCs. Additionally, he directed the officials of the water department to ensure timely cleaning of the filtration plant and maintain regular potable water supply.

In Bhinder CHC, the District Collector inspected the conditions of patients and facilities such as the pharmacy, free medicine counter, free testing arrangements, and laboratory services. Directives were issued to maintain cleanliness on the hospital premises and provide proper relief to patients. During the inspection, Kanod Tehsildar Ranjeet Singh Yadav, Bhinder Tehsildar Satish Patidar, Bhinder Block CMO Dr. Saket Jain, along with many residents, officials, and staff members were present.

The thorough inspections underscore the administration's commitment to ensuring the quality of healthcare services and maintaining cleanliness standards in medical facilities across the district.
