### Training Session for Employee Development Held at Hindustan Zinc's Zawar Mines

Hindustan Zinc organized a modular training session for employee development under the SGF (Shiksha Ghatan Foundation) at Zawar Mines. The session was conducted by the Dattopant Thengadi National Board for Workers Education and Development. The chief guest for the event was Vishal Goyal, Deputy Director of Mines and Safety.

Regional Director of the Ministry of Labor, Jagdeep Singh, and Educational Officer, B.G. Kulvarkar, served as the trainers for the session. They provided the trainees with comprehensive insights on the topics of 'Change in Attitude, Productivity, and Behavior-Based Safety.' The aim of the program was to boost morale and motivation among the workforce, foster a new organizational culture, and inspire employees to achieve excellence through a creative approach. The goal is also to enhance organizational productivity through incremental improvements.

Radha Raman, the Mining Agent and Operation Head of Hindustan Zinc's Zawar Mines, welcomed the guests. The event was anchored by Garima Kothari and Ankita Beniwal. A vote of thanks was delivered by Vikesh Chittoda, Mining Agent and Operation Head.
