###Mega Job Fair Opens Careers

Udaipur: A mega job fair organized at Aravali Institute of Technical Studies (AITS) brought immense joy to young job seekers as many candidates secured employment opportunities on the spot. The event provided a much-awaited platform for several youths who had been searching for suitable jobs for a long time.

The institute successfully conducted the job fair on Saturday, attracting participation from 41 reputed companies from across the country. More than 400 students registered and showcased their skills and qualifications during the recruitment drive. The presence of companies from Rajasthan as well as other states offered students a wide range of career choices and attractive salary packages.

The chief guest of the event was Rajendra Surana, President of Laghu Udyog Bharati Udaipur Mahanagar. Addressing the gathering, he encouraged students to develop skills in line with industry requirements and highlighted that such job fairs serve as an important bridge connecting youth with employment opportunities.

Special guest N.L. Khetan, Secretary of Aravali Group of Colleges, stated that the Aravali Group has always been committed to providing better career opportunities to students and will continue to strengthen the connection between industry and education through such initiatives.

The welcome address was delivered by Dr. Hemant Dhabhai, Director of AITS, who welcomed the guests, company representatives, and students. He emphasized that such events play a crucial role in helping students shape their professional careers.

The job fair was coordinated by Dr. Chanchal Rathore (TPO) and Nandini Raj Gorana, whose efforts and teamwork ensured the smooth execution of the event.

Several well-known companies participated in the recruitment drive, including Raincom Technology Pvt. Ltd., Monomark Engineering India Ltd., Fusion Business Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Argate Technology, E-Connect, Mitcon India Pvt. Ltd., Rajendra Toyota, Sage Oil, and Rosava Engineering Company. Representatives from these firms conducted interviews and assessed students on their technical knowledge, communication skills, and overall personality.

The mega job fair created significant employment opportunities for students across various sectors. At the conclusion of the event, institute officials expressed gratitude to all guests, company representatives, and participating students, stating that the initiative marked an important step toward securing a bright future for young professionals.
