Set between 1842 and 1889, Aranya Purush portrays Tantya Bhil’s valiant struggle against British rule and his dedication to helping the poor and tribal communities. The film highlights his courage, rebellion, and the tragic betrayal by a close friend that led to his capture and eventual execution by the British.

Director Dinesh Rajpurohit shared that he and his team have worked tirelessly to bring this inspiring story to life. He stated, “Tantya Bhil was not only a warrior but also a savior of the poor. His life is a symbol of sacrifice, courage, and service to humanity. Through this film, we aim to inspire the younger generation.”

Rajpurohit has directed over 25 films in Rajasthani, Hindi, Telugu, and Gujarati languages and has also played lead roles in several of them.

The film is written by Ashok Devda Ajeet, a talented actor who is playing the lead role of Tantya Bhil in the movie. He was previously seen in the Rajasthani film Aavkara and has worked across multiple regional languages.

Muskan Mishri plays the lead heroine in Aranya Purush. She has acted in several films including Hamaro Swabhimaan, Riti Riwaz, and Gora Badal, and was also crowned Miss Elite. Actress Komal Sardar will make her debut with this film. Other cast members include Isha Sharma, Paresh Bhatt, Arjun Sharma, Gautam Govinda, Kishan Singh, Rajesh Khanna, Rajveer Gurjar, Satyaprakash Jangid, Khushi Khare, Vishakha Sharma, Bhavna Chauhan, Firoz Khan, Raju Rana, Pramod Arya, and many others.

The shooting of Aranya Purush is being carried out across Rajasthan, Gujarat, and Madhya Pradesh, covering locations like Deesa, Palanpur, Jodhpur, Jalore, Balotra, Siwana, Dungarpur, Banswara, Patalpani, Khargone, Khandwa, Jhiranya, and Manpur.

Director Rajpurohit expressed gratitude towards Kanti Bhai, a founding member of a tribal welfare organization, for his immense support in selecting the locations and coordinating with local communities. He said, “Kanti Bhai is a true messiah for tribal people and has been a great help in the making of this film.”

The film Aranya Purush will be released in both Hindi and Rajasthani languages and is expected to connect audiences deeply with the legacy of Tantya Bhil — the fearless warrior who lived and died for his people.
