MB Outdoor Implements Counter Communication System

. Maharana Bhupal Hospital continues to advance towards modernization by incorporating innovations in its services. In this regard, a Counter Communication System, enabling two-way communication, has been installed at the welcome hall and inquiry center of the outdoor department of Maharana Bhupal Hospital on Saturday. MB Superintendent Dr. R.L. Suman explained that with this facility, conversations can take place from both inside and outside.

When an outsider, such as a patient, interacts with the staff for inquiries or information, their voice will be transmitted via speakers to the inside, and the staff's response will be heard outside by the patient. This facility has been initiated as a pilot project, and if successful, it will be implemented at all counters of the hospital in the future.
