A female constable misbehaved with the relatives of the children who came to take the NEET exam.

"Kota, in Kota city, 28 thousand examinees took the exam at 56 examination centers located at various places. The NEET exam held on Sunday had a reasonable police arrangement at all NEET centers under the direction of City SP Amrita Duhani to prevent cheating and assist NEET students.

In this sequence, a police constable was deployed near the Central School in Bhimganj Mandi police station area for the NEET exam scheduled to be held at Central School No. 1. Entry to the center was scheduled from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., and the exam was to start at 2 p.m. It was directed that relatives should stand two hundred meters away when the exam started. The relatives of children who came to conduct the NEET exam from other cities and states were waiting for some time after getting their children into the center so that if the children lacked anything, they could provide it and then move away from the center. Deployed female constable Gagan instructed the relatives of the children to leave there early, even before five minutes, and started misbehaving with the relatives of the children present there, and began flaunting her uniform. The constable's behavior was such that it seemed like all the relatives of the children were criminals and needed to be driven away. The situation escalated when a soldier from the army said they were leaving. On this, the female constable started misbehaving with the soldier from the army. Both began to argue. The situation was barely managed by the ASI; otherwise, the matter would have escalated between the police and the army. Before the exam started, all the relatives of the children had moved two meters away from the center. Even after the departure of the army soldier, the female constable continued to use derogatory words for the soldiers and leaders. The female constable even said to her officer, 'What will he do to me?' It is natural for anyone to get angry at the language the female constable was using, whereas the senior officers of the police are instructed to behave well with everyone. Only one complaint of misbehavior with relatives was received at one center out of 56 centers. The police attitude was cooperative and helpful at all other centers. Such behavior by some soldiers tarnishes the image of the Rajasthan Police in other states as well. Whereas the slogan of the Rajasthan Police is to instill trust among the general public and fear among criminals, but some uniformed criminals are engaged in instilling trust among criminals and fear among the general public."
