Kota Police Bust Gang Behind Trader’s Kidnapping

Kota,  In a swift operation, Kota police exposed a gang involved in the abduction of an Ahmedabad trader and extortion of cash and valuables. Acting on a vehicle location alert linked to a dacoity in Ramol, Ahmedabad, a special team led by Kunhari SHO Inspector Arvind Bhardwaj detained five accused from Rajat Platina City. They were handed over to Gujarat Police.

The gang, led by Sangram Singh Sikarwar, looted ₹26 lakh, 25 tola gold, and 1.5 kg silver, while demanding ₹1 crore ransom at knifepoint. Other accused include Shivam alias Kaku, Suraj Chauhan, Aman Bhadauria, and Arfaroz Khan alias Seju. Constable Mahendra Singh’s alertness proved crucial in cracking the case.
