#### Grand Opening of Jainam-14: A Monsoon Shopping Delight with Festive Vibes

 

Udaipur | To enhance the festive shopping experience—especially for women—ahead of Raksha Bandhan, the Women’s Wing of Jain Jagruti Centre, Udaipur, inaugurated the Jainam-14 Fair cum Exhibition and Sale at Ambience Banquet, Shobhagpura, from July 18 to 20.

The event was inaugurated by Field Club Vice President Bhupesh Sharda Shrimali along with office bearers of Jain Jagruti Centre. The guests toured the exhibition and indulged in shopping. Present during the occasion were President Kusum Bhansali, General Secretary Beena Maru, Treasurer Veena Mehta, and members Sumitra Singhi, Kusum Jain, Tanisha Mehta, and Sushila Mandawat.

Inaugural Note:
Chief Guest Bhupesh Sharda Shrimali lauded Jainam as a prominent exhibition in Udaipur. He emphasized how it benefits the local public by offering festive essentials at reasonable prices all under one roof.

Centre’s Patron Pinky Mandawat highlighted that Jainam features curated items, making shopping quicker and more affordable. The air-conditioned hall and the chance to enjoy a bit of bargaining add to the fun without the hassle of city traffic or heat.

Pure Fabrics and Ghazi Silk Steal the Show

Zabeen Creation (Lucknow): Zabeen Kazmi's stall features suits and sarees in pure fabric like tissue, georgette, and mulmul, adorned with pearl, mukesh, and chikankari work. Ready-to-wear materials, angrakhas, and gowns are hot picks.

Shree Shivay Corporation (Jamnagar, Gujarat): Hetal and Nitesh Kshatrala's collection includes kurtis, skirts, and blouses in authentic Ghazi silk with guaranteed quality.

Archana Creations (Jaipur): Offering sarees ranging from ₹2,500 to ₹40,000, with Jaipuri gota-patti, pure fabrics, patola, leheriya, and tissue varieties that have captivated women.

Heritage Art (Mumbai): Shilpa and Suman’s stall features ready-to-wear hand-painted and hand-work sarees, as well as Indo-western suits.

Parda Faash (Beawar): Lyesha Khatri brings a complete designer collection of suits, Indo-western and festive wear at economical prices.

Gulabi Gota by Komal Kochar (Udaipur): Special brother-sister combo outfits for Rakhi. Ethnic kidswear up to age 14, Navratri chaniya choli, haldi, mehndi, and wedding collections are available.

Morvinandan Designs by Parul Sharma (Udaipur): Offers kidswear in Angrakha patterns and shararas; adult suits and dupattas are also available. Customization is provided per customer needs.

Little Chefs Shine in Non-Fire Cooking Contest

To keep the excitement alive on Day 1, a Non-Fire Cooking competition was held for kids aged 6 to 12. The young chefs prepared sandwiches, burgers, bhel, corn chaat, cookies, shakes, and more. The audience cheered them on, while Chef Sangeeta Dhar and Chef Dipendra Singh judged the entries and awarded prizes.

Housie with Guaranteed Gifts for All

Jainam Convenor Suman Lundia shared that on Day 2, women’s favorite game—Housie—will be played. Chief Guest Dr. Sweety Chhabra, Director of NICC, will ensure all participants receive guaranteed gifts. The top three winners will receive attractive prizes worth thousands.
