###Government–Organisation Coordination Must Be Strengthened: CM Bhajanlal Sharma

Jaipur, Rajasthan Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma on Wednesday chaired a high-level divisional meeting with BJP district office-bearers and Mandal presidents from the Udaipur division at the Chief Minister’s residence, Civil Lines. The meeting lasted for over four hours and focused on strengthening coordination between the government and the party organisation.

Under the leadership of BJP City District President Gajpal Singh Rathore, 44 office-bearers from Udaipur district attended the session. The meeting was chaired by CM Sharma and presided over by BJP State President Madan Rathore. Rajya Sabha MP Ghanshyam Tiwari, former state presidents Dr. Arun Chaturvedi and Ashok Parnami, and Deputy Chief Minister Dr. Premchand Bairwa were also present. State Vice President Mukesh Dadhich conducted the session.

Focus on Government’s Two-Year Milestones

According to Media In-charge Dr. Seema Champawat, discussions were held on regional issues, pre-budget development works, progress of flagship government schemes, and the ongoing Special Summary Revision of the Voters List running from 4 November. Review was also conducted on Unity March programmes, events marking Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 150th birth anniversary, and the Ganga Pravah Yatra from Delhi.

CM Sharma personally heard inputs from each office-bearer, asked follow-up questions, and assured suitable action. He emphasized strengthening government–organisation coordination and directed office-bearers to focus on activities marking the completion of two years of the state government, scheduled between 10 and 25 December, culminating on the birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.

First-of-its-Kind One-to-One Feedback Initiative

BJP General Secretary Paras Singhvi appreciated the Chief Minister’s initiative of taking one-to-one feedback from grassroot leaders, stating that it is the first time a Rajasthan Chief Minister has interacted so directly with workers of an entire division.

The CM instructed that BLOs and BLA-2 should ensure no eligible citizen is left out of the voter list and conduct a door-to-door name inclusion drive. He also stressed the promotion of government schemes as the second anniversary approaches.

Demand for Cancer Unit at Maharana Bhupal Hospital

During the budget discussion for Udaipur, BJP District General Secretary Devilal Salvi urged the Chief Minister to establish a dedicated cancer unit at Maharana Bhupal Hospital — the largest hospital in Southern Rajasthan — citing rising cancer cases and the need for specialised treatment locally. He noted that patients currently have to travel to Ahmedabad, Jaipur or private hospitals due to the absence of such a unit.

He also raised issues regarding:

Non-acceptance of Rajasthan’s Ayushman Cards in Gujarat

Timely distribution of compensation for rain-related crop losses

Repair of damaged roads

Completion of pending development works in UDA periphery areas

The Chief Minister assured necessary directions to relevant departments.
