###A Remarkable Example of Patriotism

Udaipur: At a time when the nation is facing possible economic challenges, true patriotism is reflected not merely in words but through sacrifice and dedication. Setting an extraordinary example of national spirit, renowned gold micro artist Dr. Iqbal Sakka has announced a historic decision to dedicate 199 of his world record gold micro artworks, created through 50 years of tireless effort, for the service of the country.

Holder of 211 world records, Dr. Sakka has written to the Government of India requesting that these rare gold creations be auctioned at the international level. He expressed his desire that the entire amount generated from the auction be deposited into the national treasury to help the country face economic challenges more effectively.

Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s appeal urging citizens to avoid purchasing gold for one year, Dr. Sakka’s decision is now being widely appreciated as a rare blend of art, sacrifice, and patriotism.

Extraordinary Art Visible Only Through a Lens

What makes these creations truly unique is their microscopic size. Considered among the world’s smallest gold artworks, these masterpieces are almost impossible to see with the naked eye and can only be viewed through a magnifying lens or microscope. Dr. Sakka devoted five decades of his life to crafting these exceptional miniature creations.

His artworks have not only brought global recognition to Indian craftsmanship but have also showcased the brilliance of fine Indian artistry on the world stage. By dedicating them to the nation, Dr. Sakka has demonstrated an inspiring commitment to national interest above personal achievement.

“My Art Should Serve the Nation”

Speaking about his decision, Dr. Sakka said that when the country is facing economic uncertainty, an artist’s work should also contribute to the nation’s welfare. He described this gesture as an offering of his life’s dedication at the feet of Mother India.
