Grand Procession Marks the Birth Anniversary Celebration of Lord Mahavir

Amidst resounding chants in praise of Lord Mahavir, the entire Shwetambar Jain community of Bhilwara organized a magnificent procession.

On the occasion of Lord Mahavir's birth anniversary, the Shwetambar Jain community of Bhilwara, under the auspices of the Shri Bhagwan Mahavir Janma Kalyanak Mahotsav Committee, organized a grand procession in the city on Sunday. Prior to the procession, a grand ritualistic bathing ceremony of Lord Mahavir Swami took place at the Shri Jain Shwetambar Chintamani Parshvanath Temple, followed by flag hoisting by the guests at Mahavir Park. After reaching Chitrakootdham during the procession, a lavish community feast was arranged for the entire Shwetambar Jain community.

**Blood Donation Camp Marks Celebration, 418 Units Donated**

In conjunction with the celebration, a massive blood donation camp was organized by the Shri Mahavir Yuva Mandal Seva Sansthan. The camp witnessed the participation of various community members, with a total of 418 units of blood being donated over a period of approximately four hours. The blood collection was facilitated by teams from Arihant Hospital and MG Hospital Blood Bank. The event received encouragement from dignitaries like the District Collector and local legislators, who praised the mission of humanitarian service on the occasion of Lord Mahavir's birth anniversary. The efficient management of the camp, inspiring blood donations, and active participation of youth were particularly noteworthy.
