District-Level Journalists' Conference Held in Sānvaliya Seth's City

A district-level journalists' conference was organized in the city of Sānvaliya Seth. The newly appointed district president, Agarwal, took an oath of confidentiality amidst the cheers of Sānvaliya Seth's supporters.

During the conference, the demand for a journalist welfare law, including the formation of a Journalist Welfare Board, was raised by the Journalists' Association of Rajasthan (JAR).

The conference took place at a private hotel in Sānvaliya Ji and saw the participation of journalists from various districts, including Pratapgarh, Jaipur, Bikaner, and Udaipur, along with the members of the JAR organization. Over 200 print and electronic media journalists from Chittorgarh district participated in the event.

The event commenced with Saraswati Vandana, followed by speeches by prominent dignitaries. District President Pawan Agarwal presided over the program, with Harivallabh Meghwal, the state president, and other dignitaries gracing the occasion.

The conference highlighted the importance of united efforts by journalists to address social issues and combat corruption. The role of journalists and the Anti-Corruption Bureau was emphasized as complementary in eradicating corruption from society.

The dairy chairman, Badrilal Jat Jagpura, stressed that journalists and anti-corruption bodies are responsible for eliminating hidden corruption in society. He highlighted the city's historical and philosophical significance and encouraged journalists to explore local attractions.

The program also marked the district president, Agarwal's confidential oath-taking by the state president, Meghwal.

In a significant announcement, Agarwal declared the initiation of a monthly pension of five hundred rupees for journalists aged sixty and above, aimed at supporting their welfare.

The event was praised for its organization and content by attending journalists and social workers. The conference concluded with gratitude towards all participants and a fellowship dinner.
