Reliance Jio Launches 'AI-Ready School' Initiative in Rajasthan

Jaipur: Reliance Jio, in collaboration with the Jio Institute, has launched the 'AI-Ready School' initiative in Rajasthan. The primary objective of this program is to enhance digital literacy in schools and prepare students for the technology of the future. More than 1,100 schools across the state have already joined this campaign.

Under this initiative, students and educators are being provided with a free four-week online course. This program offers hands-on training in modern AI tools such as Gemini 3, ChatGPT, and Adobe Express. The curriculum focuses on AI basics and prompt engineering, ensuring that students are fully equipped to meet the demands of the evolving global economy.

Schools that successfully guide 100 or more students through the course will be awarded an official 'AI-Ready School' certification from the Jio Institute. To date, more than 25 schools in Rajasthan have already received this certification.

Reliance Jio's unlimited 5G customers are being offered the 18-month Google Gemini Pro Plan (valued at ₹35,100) free of charge. This premium package includes 2TB of cloud storage and access to next-generation tools like Veo 3.1 for video creation, NotebookLM for research, and Nano Banana Pro for high-fidelity image generation.
