Udaipur: On the occasion of World Earth Day, a tree plantation program was organized at Sai Tirupati University, Umarda, under the joint aegis of the National Service Scheme (NSS) Cell and the Venkateshwar Institute of Pharmacy. The main objective of the program was to spread awareness about environmental conservation and to promote the development of a green campus.
On this occasion, NSS volunteers enthusiastically participated in planting saplings and conveyed the message of environmental protection.
The program witnessed active participation from staff members of various faculties, NSS unit in-charges, and volunteers. Notable present dignitaries included Dr. Khemchand Gupta, Principal of Venkateshwar Institute of Pharmacy; Dr. Bharat Parashar, Dean of the Research Department; Dr. Vijay Singh Rawat, Principal of Venkateshwar College of Nursing; and NSS Unit In-Charges Dr. Suresh Dev and Dr. Avantika Gupta. Their presence significantly contributed to the success of the event.
