Dr. S.K. Luhadia:Udaipur Chest Foundation to Boost Research and Continuous Medical Education in Chest Medicine

Udaipur Chest Foundation has been officially established, with its executive team consisting of Dr. S.K. Luhadia as the Director, Dr. N.K. Gupta as the President, Dr. Gaurav Chhabra, and Dr. Manoj Arya as Vice Presidents, Dr. Mahesh Mahich as Secretary, Dr. Atul Luhadia as Joint Secretary, and Dr. Rishi Kumar Sharma as Treasurer. Additionally, Dr. Anand Gupta, President of the Indian Medical Association, Udaipur branch, joined as the Treasurer and executive member of the foundation, along with other chest specialists. On this occasion, Dr. S.K. Luhadia emphasized that the foundation aims to promote research and continuous medical education in chest medicine. The inaugural executive committee witnessed the swearing-in ceremony by Dr. Anand Gupta, President of the Indian Medical Association, Udaipur branch. All chest specialists from the Udaipur division have been made members of the Chest Foundation. Apart from this, a quiz has been organized for postgraduate medical students in chest medicine, with Dr. Sarthak Jindal securing the first position, Dr. Prashant Shrivastava and Dr. Rajak Khan securing the second position, and Dr. Ayushi Chandra securing the third position. Dr. Gaurav Chhabra presented a lecture on CPD, and Dr. S.K. Luhadia delivered a talk on the causes and treatment of chronic cough. The event witnessed the active participation of approximately 60 chest specialists and postgraduate students.
