First-Ever Cartilage Conference Held at Geetanjali Medical College

Udaipur : Geetanjali Medical College and Hospital hosted the first-ever Cartilage Conference in South Rajasthan, marking a significant step forward in orthopedic education and innovation. The event witnessed participation from renowned orthopedic specialists across the country.

Key dignitaries included Dr. Deepak Goyal, Founder of the Indian Cartilage Society, Dr. Rajat Jangid, President of the society, senior orthopedic surgeons Dr. Ramavatar Saini and Dr. Harpreet Singh from Geetanjali Hospital, along with several other leading experts. The conference focused on advanced treatments, latest technologies, and modern therapeutic approaches for cartilage injuries.

Conference Secretary Dr. Soumya Agrawal emphasized that untreated knee cartilage damage can lead to permanent joint issues if not addressed timely. The primary goal of the event was to raise medical awareness and promote early diagnosis of knee injuries to prevent long-term complications.
