#### Dr. L.S. Jhala to Represent Udaipur at International Ophthalmology Conference in Copenhagen

Udaipur,  Dr. L.S. Jhala, Medical Director of Alakh Nayan Mandir, will participate in the prestigious five-day European Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons (ESCRS) International Conference to be held in Copenhagen, Denmark, from September 12 to 16.

Lakshmi Jhala, Director of Alakh Nayan Mandir, informed that Dr. Jhala has been invited to present a research paper highlighting the extensive work being carried out in Southern Rajasthan for blindness prevention, surgical innovations, and the latest advancements in ophthalmic research.

Dr. Jhala emphasized that the conference will bring together nearly 8,000–10,000 eye specialists from across the globe. The forum will serve as a platform to discuss cutting-edge technologies in cataract surgery, the use of advanced surgical equipment, and ongoing global research aimed at eliminating complex eye disorders.

His participation at this international stage is expected to showcase not only the efforts of Alakh Nayan Mandir but also the broader progress of India’s ophthalmology sector in addressing preventable blindness.
