The Government of Rajasthan is pulling out all the stops to make the upcoming Pravasi Rajasthani Sammelan, scheduled on 10 December 2025, a historic global celebration. Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma is personally steering the preparations, determined to showcase Rajasthan’s identity, potential, and pride on an international stage.
The event aims to bring together the vibrant Rajasthani diaspora—spread across continents and across India—onto one grand platform. Beyond reconnecting them to their roots, the conference is positioned as a catalyst for investment, cultural exchange, and future partnerships. The government is especially optimistic about new opportunities in sectors like industry, startups, tourism, mining, energy, agriculture, education, and culture.
The magnificent Jaipur Convention & Exhibition Centre, Sitapura, is being transformed into a world-class hub for the three major segments of the event:
1. Global Business Session
2. Cultural Conclave
3. Youth & Startup Meet-Up
International hospitality standards are being matched at every step. Delegates from over 40 countries will be welcomed through a special protocol route from Jaipur Airport to premium hotels—more than 15 of which have been reserved exclusively for the event. A One-Stop Help Desk, trained interpreters, and a strengthened security plan featuring facial-recognition systems, CCTV monitoring, and special police units ensure a seamless experience.
The Industry Department has prepared 25+ detailed project reports, ready to present clear investment pathways. Special sessions will spotlight MSMEs, IT, film city proposals, solar energy, textiles, tourism circuits, and more. The freshly approved “Invest Rajasthan – Pravasi Partnership Policy” adds further momentum.
Rajasthan’s cultural soul will shine brightly through performances of Maand singing, Kalbelia, Gair, Kachhi Ghodi, traditional welcome songs, folk instruments, rangoli art, and more. Craft exhibitions, a food festival, and a “Rajasthani Tourism Corridor” showcase will enhance the cultural charm. A global outreach drive titled “Global Rajasthani Meet” is already trending across social media platforms.
Delegates will also enjoy a 25% discount on the iconic Palace on Wheels tour in December and January—an offer that has created an extra buzz internationally.
Young entrepreneurs will take centre stage at the “Young Rajasthani Leaders Conclave”, where startup founders will pitch ideas, explore collaborations, and join workshops on IT and digital innovation. Sessions featuring globally educated Rajasthani youth will add inspiration.
The state anticipates investment proposals worth nearly ₹40,000 crore, particularly boosting tourism, heritage hotels, desert circuits, and tiger circuits.
More than an event, the Pravasi Rajasthani Sammelan is poised to become a landmark moment—strengthening emotional ties, unlocking long-term collaboration, and elevating Rajasthan’s cultural and economic presence on the global map. With full administrative dedication and visionary planning, the state is crafting an unforgettable milestone in its modern history.
