INDIAN ARMY HOSTING VETERANS RALLY AT CHURU

Jaipur:   On behalf of Sapta Shakti Command, Ranbankura Division will be organising “Gaurav Senani Samaroh”, a Veterans Rally on 8th March 2026 at Churu SAI Sports Stadium, honouring Veterans, Veer Naris and Veranganas from eight tehsils of Churu district.

            More than 6000 veterans are expected to benefit from this outreach initiative. Several dignitaries from the Indian Army and Civil Administration will be attending the event while reaffirming the Army’s commitment to veteran welfare.

            Key services being extended will include pension support via SPARSH, assistance from Record Offices and CDA, banking support for pension accounts and stall of civil administration to redress grievances related to land and legal cases. A medical camp providing specialist consultations and dental care will also be on offer. Civil counters will extend Aadhaar services and welfare scheme guidance. Representatives from Army Welfare Placement Organisation(AWPO) will mentor veterans on re-employment and skill development. Employment opportunities will be facilitated to them through AWPO and various cvil agencies for better sustainability and a dignified life. A cultural programme and an equipment display is also being organised for all attendees.

            The Veer Naris and veterans will be felicitated during the event for their contribution and sacrifice for the nation. The rally will reflect the Indian Army’s enduring bond with veterans and exhibit its steadfast commitment towards welfare, dignity and well-being of its veterans, Veer Naris, Veeranganas and their families.
