As the keynote speaker, tourism author and forum coordinator Dr. Prabhat Kumar Singhal emphasized the importance of community participation in the protection and preservation of heritage. He stressed the need for community involvement in heritage conservation, suggesting the preparation of surveys and blueprints for immediate and long-term plans, as well as the establishment of security committees at the panchayat and municipal levels. Singhal expressed support for the heritage of Hadoti, highlighting that the state's archaeology department has protected 55 heritage sites. He informed students about India's extensive cultural heritage, with 40 sites included in UNESCO's World Heritage List, including nine from Rajasthan.

Dr. Deepak Kumar Shrivastav, the library's director, discussed the need to focus on preserving what remains rather than lamenting what has been lost. He highlighted the significance of World Heritage Day, tracing its origins back to the International Council on Monuments and Sites (ICOMOS), which proposed the celebration to raise awareness about protected heritage sites worldwide.

Former library director Kamalakant Sharma suggested considering the conservation of the country's spiritual heritage. He emphasized the importance of saving deteriorating heritage in Hadoti.

During the Q&A session, Hema Nama, Dinesh Kumar, Giriraj Kumar, Yashasvi Soni, and Lokendra Gurjar correctly answered questions, welcomed by the applause of the gathered students.
