In line with this initiative, officials from the district administration, under the guidance of District Election Officer Arvind Poswal, led a walking march to promote voter awareness. The message of voter awareness was flagged off by Municipal Commissioner Ramprakash, who waved the green flag to kickstart the march.

During this march, additional District Collector Rajeev Dwivedi, Training Coordinator Jitendra Ojha, Co-coordinator of the sweeping initiative Puneet Sharma, Deputy Director of Women Empowerment Sanjay Joshi, along with other administrative officials and representatives from the sweeping team, actively participated. The walking march commenced from the Collector's office premises, traversed through prominent city routes, and culminated at Jagdish Chowk, where a significant number of people were educated about the importance of voting on the eve of Election Day.

This walking march, which aimed to inspire people to exercise their electoral rights, featured the participation of sweep team members Devi Lal Garg, Manish Joshi, and others, who disseminated the message of voting through posters, banners, slogans, and announcements.

In a bid to further amplify voter awareness, the sweep team in the Mavli Legislative Assembly constituency organized various programs, including rangoli competitions, poster exhibitions, henna applications, and distribution of voter registration forms, at the Government Higher Secondary School in Kham Ki Madi. Following these activities, a rally was conducted in the village.
