Electronics Traders Take a Major Decision: Two-Day Mega Event to Be Held in Udaipur

Udaipur: A meeting of the executive committee of the Udaipur Electronics Trade Association was held under the chairmanship of President Ramesh Shah, with nine members in attendance. Several key decisions were taken to strengthen the organization’s expansion and give new direction to business activities.

The meeting began with a welcome address by President Ramesh Shah. Expressing gratitude for being elected unopposed, he stated that he is fully committed to taking the organization to new heights. He reaffirmed his resolve to broaden and strengthen the organization.

The President announced that a grand two-day mega event will be organized this year between Navratri and Diwali. Representatives from various companies, distributors, and outstation dealers will be invited. He said this event will help strengthen business relationships and open doors to new opportunities.

Special emphasis was placed on expanding membership, with an appeal to include more new members. The President noted that the benefits offered by the organization help retain members over the long term. Strategies were also discussed to strengthen the organization’s financial position through proposed programs.

Secretary K.K. Gupta presented a brief report on the achievements of the previous term, which was appreciated by all members. It was decided to continue these efforts in the coming years.

A detailed action plan for 2026–28 was prepared during the meeting. It includes business seminars and workshops, technology update programs, regular meetings to address traders’ issues, social initiatives such as blood donation and health check-up camps, celebration of national festivals, and guidance programs on government policies.

Members emphasized that unity is the foundation of success and stressed the importance of mutual cooperation and coordination. All members resolved to implement the executive decisions and further strengthen the organization. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by the President.
