Udaipur: Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry (UCCI) organized a “Career Guidance and Motivational Seminar” at 11:00 AM in the Pyrotech TempSens Auditorium at the UCCI building. The event was attended by distinguished guests, including Pawan Sharma, General Manager (HR) of Associated Soapstone Distribution Company Private Limited, and Indramani Prasad, Senior Manager (PM & IR) at RSWM Limited.
At the शुरुआत of the program, UCCI President Manish Galundia welcomed the participants and highlighted that UCCI is actively providing employment opportunities to youth through skill training initiatives.
While conducting the session, Lokendra Pandya from TUV Rheinland informed that around 180 youth have received free training at the skill center from October 2025 to April 2026. He presented the program’s structure and emphasized that youth are being trained in trades such as Solar PV Installer, connecting them with employment opportunities.
In addition to technical training, participants are also provided free training in soft skills, computer skills, communication skills, and time management. So far, around 170 trainees have secured jobs with monthly salaries ranging between ₹15,000 and ₹25,000. The duration of each training program is 45 days, after which participants receive certification.
Lokendra Pandya also shared details about upcoming training programs, stating that along with solar training, two new courses—Warehouse Executive (Logistics Sector) and Credit Processing Officer (Banking Sector)—will be launched next month. These courses will also be of 45 days duration, and youth who have completed 10th, 12th, ITI, or graduation can enroll free of cost.
Dr. Ashok Jetawat delivered a motivational speech, advising youth to carefully choose their careers and maintain discipline for progress in life. He encouraged them to continuously upgrade their skills.
During the event, successful students from the Vocational Training Centre (VTC) shared their experiences and inspiring success stories. Some trainees who had secured employment after completing the program also shared their journeys, motivating others.
UCCI Patron B. H. Bapna, VTC Chairman Hansraj Chaudhary, and Senior Vice President Sandeep Bapna addressed the students and guided them for a bright future.
All distinguished guests also shared their views, motivating students toward career development and skill enhancement.
At the conclusion of the program, certificates were distributed to students who successfully completed the “Solar PV Installer” course by UCCI, TUV Rheinland, and the dignitaries. Around 80 trainees received certificates during the event.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks by Lokendra Pandya.
