Panch Gaurav Fair and Exhibition on February 25–26

Udaipur: A meeting was held on Monday at the Panchayat Samiti headquarters to review preparations for the two-day “Panch Gaurav Fair and Exhibition” scheduled for February 25 and 26. The meeting was chaired by Mavli Sub-Divisional Officer Ramesh Sirvi Punadia.

The Sub-Divisional Officer informed that, as per the directions of the State Government and Zila Parishad Udaipur, the two-day Panch Gaurav Fair and Exhibition will be organized at the Panchayat Samiti headquarters. The fair will showcase public welfare schemes, development works, and achievements of various government departments.

Special efforts will be made to provide detailed information about government schemes to the general public and ensure that eligible beneficiaries avail themselves of the benefits. During the meeting, all departments were directed to complete necessary preparations on time and ensure proper arrangements for stalls, publicity, cleanliness, and other logistical requirements.

The meeting was attended by the Development Officer of Panchayat Samiti Mavli, the Chief Block Education Officer Mavli, the Block Project Officer, representatives from Rajeevika Mavli, the Regional Forest Officer Mavli, the Officer-in-Charge of Horticulture Mavli, the Block Statistical Officer Mavli, and other officials.
