Women Apply Mehendi in the Name of Nakoda Parshva Bhairav; Devotional Evening to be Held Today

Udaipur: Women devotees applied mehendi in the name of Nakoda Parshva Bhairav ahead of a grand devotional evening (Bhakti Sandhya) to be organized on Sunday, March 15, at the Town Hall Udaipur. The event is being organized by the Shri Nakoda Parshva Bhairav Bhakti Mandal (Hiran Magri Sector 4), Oswal Sabha Udaipur, and the Lodha Bhaipa Sansthan in the sacred memory of Late Kesarbai Lodha.

According to the institution’s president Manohar Talesara, coolers will be installed at the venue to protect devotees from the heat during the devotional program.

Secretary Hastimal Lodha informed that on Sunday, March 15 at 3 PM, a grand Varghoda (religious procession) will begin from Shri Vasupujya Temple Surajpol and conclude at the Town Hall. The procession will feature decorated horses, hundreds of Bhairav devotees, and a band playing melodious tunes, with participants dancing and celebrating along the route.

The Varghoda will receive the blessings of Jain saints Niragratna Vijay Maharaj and Kirti Rekhashree Maharaj.

In the evening at 7 PM, the grand Bhakti Sandhya will be held, where internationally renowned devotional singer Narendra Bhai Vani Gota and his team will present Bhairav devotional songs.

Preparations for the event are in full swing. Members of the Bhakti Mandal will attend the program dressed in white attire, while women will follow a saree dress code. All Bhairav devotees and special guests have been invited to attend the celebration.

The main organizers of the devotional evening are Amritlal Lodha, Ramesh Lodha, Darshan Lodha, and Chintan Lodha and their family.
