Udaipur: Young equestrians from Udaipur delivered an outstanding performance at the District-Level Equestrian Championship 2026 held in Ajmer, bringing pride to their city. The prestigious competition was organized at the Ajmer Equestrian Sports Academy, with talented participants from various cities taking part.
Representing Udaipur, Apurv Dave (Young Category), Vihaan Khavas, Mahabali Deshwal, and Mannat Jain (Junior Category) showcased exceptional talent, discipline, and riding skills. Competing in tough conditions, all the players delivered remarkable performances and won multiple medals.
Apurv Dave secured 2 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals; Vihaan Khavas won 1 gold and 2 silver medals; Mahabali Deshwal earned 1 gold, 2 silver, and 2 bronze medals; while Mannat Jain achieved 2 bronze medals.
This was the first time Udaipur participated in a competition of this level, and the team created history by achieving such notable success in their debut appearance.
The team was guided by Bhupendra Devda, who runs a riding school in Udaipur under the name Pratap Safari and Riding Club. His experience, leadership, and continuous training played a crucial role in preparing the players for the championship.
