Under the 75th Amrit Mahotsav, the 'Cyclothon' titled 'Unprecedented Journey of Women's Empowerment,' which commenced from Kanyakumari, has reached the Rajasthan border at Ratanpur. The event was warmly welcomed by over 60 NCC cadets, military personnel, and other citizens associated with the Udaipur group of the Rajasthan Directorate.

Initiated on December 8, covering a distance of 3,232 kilometers from Kanyakumari to Delhi, the Cyclothon involves a team of 20 members. The closing ceremony is scheduled for January 21, where Prime Minister Narendra Modi will mark the conclusion of this inspirational journey.

On Wednesday, the Cyclothon reached Ratanpur Border, where it was greeted by officials and dignitaries, including Satish Chandra Jain, the Chief Block Education Officer of Rishabhdev Government Senior Secondary School. The Rajasthan Directorate's Group Commander Colonel Bhaskar Chakravarti expressed a warm welcome to the Cyclothon participants, including Brigade N.S. Chhara.

Colonel Vipul Bawa, the Commanding Officer of the 10th Rajasthan Battalion of the Udaipur Group, highlighted the primary objective of the Cyclothon as women's empowerment. The event aims not only to spread awareness but also to convey its message through street plays at public places. This endeavor seeks to inspire people regarding the capabilities and potential of women in our society.

Lieutenant Colonel Vipul Bawa emphasized the crucial role played by the NCC in empowering Indian girls and creating awareness about strength, self-reliance, and rights, effectively countering discrimination and oppression. The Cyclothon team members shared their experiences and insights, adding a creative and inspirational touch to this remarkable journey for women's empowerment.
